Refund & Return Policy

For No Refund Policy and No Cancellation

We do not accept returns as we only accept order cancellations within a period of 6 hours as stated below in the cancellation policy. Refunds are only done if and only if the products are not delivered within the time span previously mentioned here above.

Refund Policy 

Given the above conditions are strictly met, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 6 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
