Handcrafted Chocolate Wrapped with Passion

Our Story

In 2013, three sisters named Sarah, Nour, and Aya came together to establish something that would later become a symbol of heavenly sweetness – Shanshal.

Born from a shared passion for chocolate making and confectionery, the sisters started their journey in a small 100-meter square factory. But with each passing day, their creations gained more and more popularity, and it wasn’t long before they decided to take the next step.

In the heart of Beirut, Verdun, the sisters opened their first retail store. With demand soaring higher, they had to move to a larger factory, and relocate to their current Verdun branch.

In 2022, they decided to expand their operations outside of Lebanon, launching a new Shanshal boutique on Jumeirah Street in Dubai, and the sisters have no plans of stopping.

In 2023, they launched their second boutique in Zalka, Lebanon, and another one in Egypt.

Shanshal is more than just a brand; it’s a sweet journey that began with three sisters, who poured their hearts and souls into creating heavenly chocolates that melt in your mouth and transport you to a world of sweet delight.
